Barra

Floating atop a slender supporting structure.
Design: Atelier I+N
Barra combines a streamlined form with construction logic. While appearing to float, the tabletop rests on a solid wood beam that provides it with central support and incorporates the pairs of legs at each end. These angled legs provide the table with excellent stability and enable lengths of up to 400 cm.

The elegance of construction logic

The angled position of the flat steel table legs stabilizes the frame structure lengthwise and crosswise, enabling the use of materials just 10 mm thick. Visually, this creates a particular slender and elegant silhouette.
